Job Duties: Have a good understanding of Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives and Alternatives products and how they are modeled and traded in Aladdin with a focus on investment analytics including duration, VaR, Tracking Error etc. Use technical skills to ensure the accuracy of large analytical data sets, automate processes with scripts and macros and efficiently query information from a vast database. Educate users, demonstrate service insights, and relay user feedback to improve the client experience and our product. Engage in meetings with end-users of the Green Package product from all levels within the company from Portfolio and Risk Managers to Operations teams and also with external clients. Support client/user requests related to Green Package analytics and front-end tools/applications. Follow global markets daily to understand how macro-economic factors affect Green Package analytics and portfolio management risk and investment decisions. Engage with other internal teams to think creatively and deliver innovative solutions to complex client demands.
Qualifications: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or related field and 12 months of experience in job offered, or related occupation. Position requires one year of experience in the following: Programming in Python, SQL, Unix and Linux; Risk Analytics and VaR; Power BI, R and Tableau; Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, and Alternataives products; Data Analytics; Artificial Intelligence; Machine Learning; and ETFs.

For Seattle, WA Only the salary range for this position is USD$107,100.00 - USD$132,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
