Job Description:

BCC Engineering, a Parsons Company is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to contribute to the design and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects while working under the supervision of licensed engineers and gaining valuable experience toward professional licensure.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Analyze and prepare designs, calculations, and drawings for a variety of public and private sector water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
  • Use project management software to track tasks, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.
  • Approach tasks with creativity and propose innovative solutions to design challenges.
  • Prepare engineering reports and contract documents for review by a licensed engineer.
  • Track and perform initial reviews of tasks completed by technicians or designers.
  • Manage timely completion of multiple assigned tasks across concurrent projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, internal design groups, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Present design solutions in internal project meetings and, when needed, contribute to external presentations.
  • Support company marketing initiatives through resume updates and participation in campaigns.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Take ownership of professional growth by pursuing feedback, expanding skills, and setting career goals.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Salary Range: $26.25 - $45.96
