Role Summary

The Audit Coordinator will support internal and external audit activities across global travel insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, operational policies, and client-specific requirements. This role is pivotal in coordinating audit logistics, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders including client , Capgemini delivery teams, and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate audit timelines, meetings, and travel logistics for audit teams and stakeholders.

- Liaise with regional travel desks and compliance teams to ensure alignment with travel policies.

- Collect, organize, and validate audit documentation including expense reports, travel approvals, and vendor contracts.

- Maintain audit workpapers, binders, and digital repositories in accordance with internal SOPs.

- Serve as the central point of contact for audit-related communications between Capgemini, client , and third-party vendors.

- Support cross-functional teams in responding to audit queries and findings.

- Track audit findings and corrective actions using tools.

- Prepare audit status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership.

- Assist in risk assessments and denial avoidance strategies related to travel reimbursements and vendor compliance.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior engagement with global insurance clients.

- Exposure to travel guard programs, vendor onboarding, and international meeting logistics.

- Experience working with cross-border teams and managing audit deliverables across geographies.
