Audit Manager

Position: Audit Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000
Location: Boise, Idaho

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join our team in Boise, Idaho. As an Audit Manager, you will take a leadership role in ensuring high-quality audit engagements, mentoring team members, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.

  • Review and analyze financial statements, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.

  • Lead and mentor audit staff, fostering professional development.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic and responsive communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.

  • Proven leadership and project management skills.

  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
