UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Authorized Officer, Software Engineer in New York, NY.

We're looking for an Authorized Officer, Software Engineer to:

Design, implement and maintain existing and upcoming automated data extraction related projects.
Create, develop, and functionally manage the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based search and chat service.
Research new RAG related tech stacks and implement source data indexing API.
Generalize the indexing, search, and chat framework to enable seamless integration or migration to any internal data source.
Maintain the entities matching pipeline application that is used for normalizing name entities in bank merging.
Enhance the hybrid fuzzy matching model and tuning pipelines modules matching score thresholds for different data zones.
Can work hybrid (In office-remote).

Salary & Work Schedule: $125,000 to $145,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement

This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Scientist, Intern, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

Python; Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG); Prompt Engineering and large language model (LLM)
Microsoft Azure Platforms including Azure Storage and Azure AI Search
Natural language processing with Machine learning and Deep learning; Shapley Values; CI/CD
Azure cloud environment; outlining and evaluating intrinsic and extrinsic metrics for model performance
big data and scalable model training; developing and debugging production quality code
leveraging largescale computation, substantial datasets, and machine learning
