Job Title: Automation Engineer~ liquid handlers & CAD Designs
Location: Worcester, MA 3 Days Onsite/Week !!!
Duration: 12+ Months (High possibility of extension)

Hiring Manager Notes:
The position is in the R&D department focused on drug production and development within various therapeutic areas like immunology, neurology, etc.
The role is within the HTAP team, focusing on antiqu pro production, including scaling up drug production and internal testing.
The candidate will contribute to automation workflows, especially in small- and medium-scale production.

Key Responsibilities
Automation Workflow Design
Support automation in drug production processes.
Work with robotic arms and liquid handlers.
Help in integrating CAD designs with lab workflows.
CAD Design
Must have experience designing parts like holders, racks, or components that integrate with robotic systems.
Software experience includes SolidWorks, OnShape, or similar.
3D Printing
Liquid Handlers & Robotic Arms
Direct design of robotic arms is not required.
CAD design experience is mandatory.
Liquid handler or robotic arm experience is preferred.
Programming (Python, Seashaw) is a plus but not essential.

Ideal Candidate
Strong at CAD design for lab equipment.
Familiar with 3D printing processes.
Has experience designing parts for integration with automation tools.
