As a TOSCA Automation QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts using TOSCA. You will lead a team of QA engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role requires 10+ years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in TOSCA and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies using TOSCA, aligned with project requirements and business goals.

Define the scope, objectives, and priorities of automation testing efforts for P&C insurance software solutions.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure effective test automation practices.

Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the QA team.

Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and project managers to develop detailed test plans, including test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts.

Oversee the execution of automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts using TOSCA, ensuring high-quality and reliable test automation solutions.

Ensure that automated tests cover critical functionalities and are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.

Ensure timely documentation, tracking, and management of software defects using defect tracking tools.

Develop and maintain comprehensive regression test suites to validate software stability and reliability.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates on data testing progress, findings, and recommendations, and address any concerns or issues that arise.

Requirements Must Have:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.

Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, preferably in the insurance industry.

Expertise in using TOSCA for test automation, including test case design, execution, and result analysis.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for writing and maintaining automation scripts.

Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency with version control systems like Git for managing code repositories.

Proven leadership abilities with experience in leading and mentoring teams of automation testers.

Ability to develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies that align with project requirements and business goals.

Strong skills in test planning, test script development, execution, and defect management.

Experience in developing and maintaining regression test suites to ensure software stability and reliability.

Solid knowledge of test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally or similar.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen diligence.

Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode.

Good to Have:

Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, TOSCA or Agile certifications are desirable.
