Solutions Architect - Enterprise Automation & Process Design
Location Preference: Illinois or Maryland
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead the transformation of enterprise-wide automation delivery processes. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that automation solutions are designed with precision and delivered with excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in solution architecture within large enterprise environments, with a strong focus on automation technologies including UIPath, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Power BI. Familiarity with HP Orchestrator is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable technical designs.
- Develop and document end-to-end solution architectures for automation initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and developers, ensuring all critical data and process nuances are captured to avoid rework and hypercare.
- Lead design sessions and technical reviews to validate automation strategies and implementation plans.
- Support the modernization of automation qualification and delivery frameworks across the enterprise.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in large enterprise environments.
- Strong background in automation technologies, particularly:
- UIPath
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Power BI
- Ability to develop comprehensive technical documentation and solution designs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HP Orchestrator or similar orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise automation governance and lifecycle management.
- Prior consulting experience or exposure to client-facing solution delivery.
