Automation Technician (5K Sign On Bonus)
Automation Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems in a cleanroom environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our industrial automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure SCADA systems and HMI programming for automated processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems and robotics.
- Maintain and adhere to cleanroom protocols during all operations.
- Develop and implement solutions for industrial automation challenges.
- Design and maintain End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) for robotic applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on automation equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SCADA systems and HMI programming.
- Strong background in robotics and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with electrical systems.
- Experience with End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) design and implementation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: Experience in machine building
- Must be able to work 12 hr shift 7pm-7am on a 2/2/3 rotation and work in a cleanroom environment
