Key Responsibilities:
Develop and document quality systems, including control plans, PFMEA, and work instructions.
Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities.
Design and manage dunnage for new programs.
Monitor key metrics (downtime, scrap, efficiencies) and strategize countermeasures.
Lead or participate in Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement in all areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 3-5 years of experience (automotive industry preferred).
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and manufacturing process design.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with automotive standards, OSHA regulations, and quality systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire team collaboration and meet goals.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Access knowledge is a plus.
Work Environment: Combination of office and plant. Safety gear (glasses, steel-toe shoes) may be required in certain areas. Must be able to move around the facility and lift up to 50 lbs

We re seeking a dynamic and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize production processes for new and existing products. You'll lead product launches, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Candidate should have related bachelor's degree and a few years of experience. Experience with automation equipment/mechatronics, G-Code and automotive industry are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the research, design, and development of manufacturing processes and production flow.
Create detailed layouts of equipment and buildings.
Manage new product launches, including goal setting, training, and evaluation.
Develop manning plans based on volume forecasts.
Provide input on product design for manufacturability and assembly.
Design, source, and cost-justify tools and machinery for production.
Drive cost reduction and process improvements through product/process analysis.
