Position Title: Azure Cloud Architect

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime with Xoriant

Senior Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, Databricks platform deployment, and Snowflake integration. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale Azure-to-Azure migrations involving AKS, Snowflake, and Terraform automation with performance tuning, cost governance, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Azure infrastructure including VNet peering, private endpoints, subnet architecture, NSGs, and UDRs.
• Design and implement AKS clusters with Azure CNI networking, system/user node pools, cluster autoscaler, and Log Analytics.
• Deploy Azure Databricks with VNet injection, job clusters, DBFS mounts, and Key Vault-backed secrets scopes.
• Manage Snowflake workloads with warehouse tuning, role-based access, masking, and Terraform-based provisioning.
• Modernize Azure resources using Terraform, Terragrunt, AzCopy, and Data Factory.
• Implement secure secrets management with Workload Identity or AAD Pod Identity and CSI Secrets Store.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for Helm and Spark job deployments.
• Enable observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Snowflake query profiling.
