Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Databricks and Azure Databricks ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions, leading technical teams, and ensuring optimal performance, governance, and automation across Databricks environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data solutions using Databricks to meet business needs.

  • Lead a technical team comprising offshore and onshore members.

  • Define data architecture and technical solutions for complex business scenarios.

  • Oversee integration and administration of Databricks Unity Catalog and Databricks Workflows.

  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and security best practices.

  • Utilize Databricks CLI for workflow automation and management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks environments for reliability and performance.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training on Databricks tools and technologies.

  • Drive innovation by adopting new Databricks features and capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in:

    • Azure Databricks

    • Databricks Unity Catalog & Admin

    • Databricks Workflows

    • Databricks SQL

    • Databricks Delta Lake

    • Databricks CLI (automation & management)

  • Proven experience in Databricks Workspace Admin.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to define technical architecture and guide implementation
