BI Reporting Analyst III - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst III to join their team. This is a remote opportunity. This role will join the CoM DS team to support key metric and funnel definitions, improve performance and stability of data pipelines, and build stable reporting across CoM products. The BI Reporting Analyst will maintain and enhance foundational data pipelines that power self-service analytics, automate critical reporting workflows to significantly reduce manual efforts, and ensure pipelines are consistently refreshed with new or seasonal data. This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to leverage standardized test reporting frameworks to make business decisions.

In Season:
* Maintenance of the Data Foundations layer needed to supercharge self-serving capabilities for "CoM Product reporting"
* Automation of in-season KPI reporting and opportunity identification on CoM products to reduce the weekly lift

Out of Season:
* Improve existing CoM reporting capabilities - We have existing pipelines and reporting dashboards for Fast Money products: RAD/ERAD, RT, XDE, and CKM that need to be shored up through defining key funnel metrics, identifying more stable backend metrics in place of front end clickstream, optimizing pipeline performance, and improving business facing reporting
* Build and/or collaborate with other analytics enablements teams on New CoM reporting capabilities for short-term lending products (FNPL, RiL) with similar functions - define key metrics using backend source of truth where available, leverage best practices for data pipeline performance and quality, and business facing reporting
* Develop self-serve capabilities for CoM testing to drive consistency with those used for relevant funnel / product scope areas (ie. FnF, Shopping)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong SQL and data modeling skills
* Experience building scalable data pipelines (expertise in BI tools)
* Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
