Location: Dallas, TX 75202 (Local to TX)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Batch Scheduler with strong expertise in Redwood RunMyJobs to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and day-to-day administration of batch job schedules.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-4 years hands-on experience with Redwood RunMyJobs, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 6 years experience managing batch scheduling tools including patching, configuration, and upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of application upgrades and installations related to batch scheduling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Project and Operation Teams to design, configure, and implement batch job schedules effectively.
- Proficient in managing batch job dependencies, triggers, calendars, and execution windows to meet strict SLAs.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving CI/CD or migration-related incidents promptly.
- Provide on-call support to Operation Teams for critical batch failures and incidents.
- Experience defining and scheduling batch jobs including setting execution times, priorities, and dependencies.
