Responsibilities
Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans- Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies
- Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
- Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development
- Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes

Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field- BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
