Job Title: Boiler Service Technician

Location: Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex (with limited remote flexibility)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Service Technician to join our dynamic team, supporting maintenance, repair, and field service for commercial and industrial boilers and auxiliary systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical and electrical background who thrives in both independent and team environments.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in boiler maintenance and repair
  • Strong troubleshooting, field service, and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Broad knowledge of boiler controls, including:
  • Autoflame
  • Honeywell
  • Fireye
  • Siemens
  • Experience with mechanical/electrical retrofits in the field
  • Knowledge of boiler room systems including condensate tanks and deaerators
  • Comfortable working without schematics when necessary
  • Familiarity with PLC systems, transformers, and transmitters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, fire, and set combustion on various boiler systems
  • Wire motors and controls for firetube and watertube boilers
  • Set up pneumatic and electronic boiler control systems
  • Identify and install necessary components: valves, regulators, oil guns, etc.
  • Maintain tools, monitors, and equipment in working order
  • Assist with internal and external service projects
  • Follow safety standards and company procedures
  • Support training and mentoring of junior technicians
  • Participate in ongoing training, including water treatment services

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stoop, climb, bend, and crawl
  • Work in confined and elevated spaces
  • Prolonged periods of standing


Working Conditions:

  • Some work may be performed in plant environments requiring safety orientation
  • May occasionally involve brief exposure to unpleasant or challenging conditions
