Bordereau Resource

We are seeking an experienced Bordereau Analyst with a strong background in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with policy imports, data imports, third-party data integrations, and/or TPA (Third-Party Administrator) imports. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance data processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, map, and validate data from multiple sources for integration into insurance systems

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements related to data imports and reporting

• Manage and coordinate policy, TPA, and third-party data imports into internal platforms

• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and workflows

• Support data transformation and migration efforts as part of larger system implementations or enhancements

• Document data processes, mappings, and business rules

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the Programs insurance business, especially handling Bordereau files

• Hands-on experience as an OWIT ETL Developer or with similar insurance-specific ETL tools

• Understanding of insurance programs business structures and reporting obligations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or BSA roles within the insurance domain

• Strong understanding of policy and claims data flows

• Proven experience with data import and integration projects

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional team
