WE NEED THREE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS WITH EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING DIGITAL PROJECTS IN MEDIUM TO LARGE SIZED ENTERPRISES. CANDIDATES WILL IDEALLY SIT IN MEXICO BUT THE CLIENT WILL CONSIDER BRAZIL, COLUMBIA OR PUERTO RICO. THE RATE IS OPEN ANS I NEED RATE INFORMATION IN THE COUNTRY WHERE THE CANDIDATE SITS. BONUS MARGIN WILL BE PAID TO YOU FOR FINDING CANDIDATES OUTSIDE THE USA. EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL OR PHARMACEUTICAL IS A BONUS BUT WE REALLY JUST NEED GOOD BUSINESS ANALYSTS FROM ANY INDUSTRY.

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will assist in the planning and execution within the Digital Supply Chain Strategy organization. The incumbent will assist in the cross-functional implementation, deployment, and operations of business solution delivery for technologies supporting the Medical Device division.

Responsibilities:
Perform discovery of Business needs
Creation and maintenance of Business Required Documents (BRDs)
Create and manage user stories which includes but is not limited to:
User story grooming with functionally specific project teams
Update user stories until they are in Definition of Ready (DoR)
Define user acceptance criteria in review with functional project teams
Provide consultation on requirements to the product owner/business owner
Oversee the validity of requests in the backlog; coordinating with Business Functions and project leads
Identify and communicate Business priorities to Product Owners and stakeholders
Overall documentation of project requests, user stories, backlog
Communication to all project stakeholders with updates & status of pending & in-progress requests
Assist in the communication of use cases, testing needs and resource requirements.
JIRA Project Backlog Administration
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of relevant business analysis experience
Experience building BRDs and Business Use Cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
