Our Opportunity:



  • As part of the Central Purchasing and Signing team you will work within the SBM's Office to deliver on the objectives and outcomes aligned with the STS Approval and Signing strategy.
  • These objectives include ensuring long term sustainability of STS pipeline and purchasing model via a centralized STS purchasing and signing body with clearly defined OKRs, enabling alignment of CPSP governance processes with top down pipeline guiding principles, ensure flexibility with leveraging 3rd party vendors while safeguarding STS and enterprise from undue risk, defining governance processes and identify supporting tools to effectively support distributed Agile teams and Optimize cross enterprise stakeholder engagement to reduce overall firm risk

responsibilities:

What you'll do:



  • Coordinate with CPSP group on directions for their Pipeline and Purchase priorities
  • Partner with Technology, CVM, Legal, and Finance to fulfill Pipeline objectives
  • Partner with Technology, CVM, and Finance to take finalized contracts to signature and purchase





qualifications:

What you have:



  • BS in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (1 - 2+ years)
  • Financial services experience a plus
  • Good analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate issues and to design appropriate solutions
  • Experienced in understanding the procurement process for software, hardware, and professional services.
  • Using Ariba Cloud or a purchasing software a must


skills:

  • Experienced with managing, maintaining, and measuring data models for an organization while safeguarding the enterprise from undue risk.
  • Experienced with managing software, hardware, and professional services purchases based on demand in adherence to top down guiding principles
  • Proven track record with the ability to define and track quality of work output Prior knowledge in pipeline management a plus
  • Can work with and/or within remote teams setting effectively
