We are partnering with a Phoenix-based technology consulting firm to bring on a mid-level Project Manager for a contract to hire opportunity. This role supports external client engagements across multiple industries and is ideal for a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience looking for hands-on exposure to system modernization and Microsoft based implementations. You'll support 1-3 client projects at a time, helping organizations transition from manual or legacy processes into scalable technology solutions.
This role offers the chance to grow within a consulting style environment while working closely with experienced engineers and solution architects. You'll work directly with clients at varying levels of technical maturity, from paper-based workflows to legacy systems, making each project different and impactful. You won't be expected to design systems on your own, but you will play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software or systems projects
- Experience in an MSP, consulting, or multi-client environment preferred
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Exposure to Microsoft-based platforms and solutions
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Scrum Master exposure or experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Experience supporting modernization or system implementation projects
- Exposure to legacy systems or highly manual business processes
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and architects
- Local to Phoenix, AZ with flexibility for occasional onsite client visits
