Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, business processes, and problems to automate or improve existing systems; elicit and document business needs for new systems.
Using Agile and Scrum methodologies lead an assigned application change SDLC from start to finish.
Document and organize associated change management information in a centralized electronic location approved by TDA.
Facilitate meetings and trainings to various audiences such as project status reporting to executive leadership and training various staff on the system modifications.
Analyze program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas.
Organize and maintain the requirements repository.
Identify and recommend business process innovation through automation and assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems.
Develop and oversee complex project management deliverables such as project charters, project plans, test plans, and risk management plans.
Consult on the analysis of an application, troubleshoots system problems, and recommend solutions.
Provide quality assurance consultation to projects, assignments, or special initiatives.
Develop and review test cases; process change requests; and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
Maintain assigned business relationships with vendors, seek best value for new and renewing technologies, and review and approve monthly and annual invoices.
Follow all TDA policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
