Business Analyst

Job Description:-

• Expertise Understanding of various Capital Market such as Bond markets, Stock markets, currency markets (forex).
• Good Understanding of valuation and accounting of various alternative investments - Private Equity, Private Debt, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Commodities, Collectibles, Structured Products
• Identify, analyze, document, engineer the solution, test and roll it out successfully.
• Ability to use data and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and solve business process as well as data problems.
• Lead reviews of the current business processes and develop optimization.
• Crisp and clear communication with IT and non-IT resources at various levels of the organization, including senior leadership layer and other external vendors.
• Research and evaluate several options before deciding the right approach to solve a given problem.
• Identify, log, plan, negotiate, prioritize, assign and deliver tasks in a methodical way, minimizing scope creep, and eliminating confusion and chaos.
• Basic understanding of PE Deal flow and how the business operates this space.
