What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
    • Partner with project managers to ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Assist in developing project charters, work breakdown structures, and performance metrics.
    • Support organizational change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
    • Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements using interviews, workshops, and surveys.
    • Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including process maps, BRDs, customer journey maps, and functional specifications.
    • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Define project goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with strategic priorities.
    • Serve as liaison between business units, IT, and project managers to ensure communication and alignment.
    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to validate solutions, resolve conflicts, and address risks.
    • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
    • Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
    • Track and report project outcomes and performance, ensuring delivery of intended benefits.
    • Develop dashboards and reports for insights into project performance and strategic alignment.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

In addition to that, we require:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
    • 2-5 years of experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation/documentation, and planning/design documentation.
    • Strong communication skills including facilitation, summarization, and executive presentation skills.
    • Experience with project governance frameworks, business and data analysis, and project reporting.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with a strategic and conceptual mindset.
    • Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
    • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
    • Master's degree or graduate coursework.
    • Experience with SNOW SPM or other project management tools.
    • Experience with customer experience mapping, user stories, use cases, and test cases.
    • High-level process and technical understanding of business systems, including IT service management, networking, and virtualization.
