Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
Analyzes business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and develops solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects. Conducts research and prepares reports to support decision-making.
This role will focus on email marketing list pulls, both marketing/promotional lists as well as servicing/transactional type email lists and, critically, support the Paid Marketing/Affiliate Marketing efforts related to periodic reporting, month-end invoice reconciliation, ad hoc SQL analysis and Tableau dashboard maintenance and updates.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress
- Collaborate with project managers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Document business processes, system requirements, and user manuals to ensure clear understanding and support ongoing maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or similar quantitative field of study (Math, Economics, Financial Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc.). or 5+ years' data analytics
- 2+ years' experience creating and monitoring Tableau Reports
- Strong T-SQL querying skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with and communicate smoothly key stakeholders
Preferred:
- 2+ years' experience conducting marketing list pulls
- 2+ years' experience in consumer financial experience including some familiarity with US regulations such as Privacy Act, Affiliate Opt-Outs and CAN-SPAM ACT
- Microsoft Azure Development Operations (ADO)
- Website Traffic Management & Debugging Tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Chrome Developer Tools or Charles Debugger
- Commission Junction, Rakuten, Quinstreet, Nerdwallet, Juno or any other paid affiliate marketing networks experience is a plus
