Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
Experience working with e-commerce systems.
Ability to write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and other business analysis tools.
Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flow (preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
