Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a(n) Business Analyst

Position type: Contract.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (could potentially go longer depending on business need)

Location: New York (Hybrid)

The Ideal candidate will have Experience with Strong working knowledge of Business Analyst, SVOD, Shopping, Music, Creator/EMCO, CTV, eCommerce

As a(n) Business Analyst you will:

Project Overview:

1 full-time vendor responsible for market/competitive intelligence work across priority YTPA areas including Shopping, CTV, Music, Creator/EMCO as well as ongoing tracking and analysis of performance for certain product areas.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Track Global Sports Rights + Performance.
  • Track content availability across linear networks + SVOD (Subscription Video On Demand)
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis for streaming.

Music-specific:

  • Understand SVOD models in the market.
  • Gather competitive intel on Gen AI and Music space and develop recommendations.
  • Benchmark Music Economics of the competitive market environment.

Shopping specific:

  • Conduct competitive analysis in video-based commerce.
  • Build end to end intelligence on affiliate rate cards, offers, and incentives for creators.
  • Analyze global social shopping trends and creator needs.
  • Enable agency models & incentives.

Mandatory:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience with the creator economy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Superb writing, editing, and project management skills.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university
  • Prior Supervisory experience preferred.

Experience working in eCommerce.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Rate* - USD $80 to $85 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
