Requested Qualifications:
84 months of experience eliciting business requirements from stakeholders or system documentation
84 months of experience developing and maintaining test plans and test cases, executing tests, validating results, and tracking defects
48 months of experience writing and tuning SQL scripts
24 months of experience using HP Quality Center/ALM 24 months of experience with systems related to criminal justice processing, including statistical reporting, disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, sex offender management, wanted/missing persons tracking, or other law enforcement related applications
