Responsibilities specific to the Colo Program include:Collect and analyze asset data, prepare reporting, and facilitate recommendations and decision-making regarding customer asset inventory to ensure alignment with the strategic direction of the business and System ITEngage and communicate with leadership at all levels of the S&R organization and governance, facilitating prioritization and strategic directional discussions and decisionsEngage and communicate with System IT leadership regarding customer planning, blockers, and removal of blockersBe a liaison between high priority strategic customer programs and System ITBe the liaison between the customer and System IT Finance organization to ensure understanding of and appropriate application of IT chargesProvide change management support as the customer implements transformational enterprise platforms that align with their strategic directionFacilitate and guide application of scrum and agile principles to the team's workManage the BDG records management programRisk Management: The program analyst is responsible for understanding and applying risk management discipline in decision making, and contributing to his or her function's risk managementDecision Making: Works under direction and guidance in planning details of procedures and methods to attain definite objectivesMakes decisions within established or widely accepted standardsAdvanced MS Project - Experienced in supporting complex, multi -phase project schedules with dependences, critical path analysis and tracking project specific KPI'sAdvanced Excel expertise - Supporting dynamic workbooks and dashboards, automated reporting tools and complex data utilizing Pivot Tables, advanced formulas and macros to drive data driven decision makingAdvanced Power BI proficiency - Designed/support/maintain interactive dashboards and visual analytics with Data Analysis Expressions(DAX) calculations, data modeling and custom measures to track KPI's and enable executive decision-makingInfrastructure project management or supporting experience preferred

Qualifications:The Program Analyst provides research and analysis of data and problems of varying complexity to develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operationsThe analyst provides guidance in identifying, evaluating, and developing processes and procedures that are effective and meet requirementsThis role provides reporting and analysis to assist in executing solutions and may provide consultation to clients, colleagues, and managementThe role also participates in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues and provides support and coordination on moderately complex projectsThe senior business analyst determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practicesPerforms complex analysis of major business issues and proactively searches for and recommends sustainable solutions utilizing established methodology and tools within functional areasWorks with the clients and other resources to assess current capabilities, anticipates the high-level customer needs and recommends business process improvements and sustainable solutions, and prioritizes established requirementsProactively reviews, compiles and analyzes detailed and complex statistics and data for major business issuesProvides guidance and collaboration in completing analysis, information or process mapping, and/or alignment of the business and related areasMay evaluate root cause and effect into solutionsLeads process improvement and solution discussions and presents outcomes in written and verbal format to senior managementDevelops and designs new business processes of a major and critical nature and the elaboration and updating of existing business processesKey participant in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projectsPerforms other related duties as assigned.
