Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with deep Wholesale Banking domain knowledge, specializing in Securitization products and Stress Testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to support regulatory initiatives, data analysis, and business transformation programs related to securitized portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Wholesale Banking and Securitization products.
  • Support Stress Testing programs including CCAR, DFAST, and internal regulatory stress testing initiatives.
  • Perform impact analysis and gap analysis for changes related to securitization models, risk metrics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with Risk and Finance teams to validate assumptions, scenarios, and outputs used in stress testing.
  • Analyze securitization structures including ABS, MBS, RMBS, CMBS, tranche structures, cash flows, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with Technology teams to ensure accurate data mapping, lineage, and reporting.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specs, and UAT test cases.
  • Support UAT execution, defect management, and post-implementation validation.
  • Present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wholesale Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Securitization products (ABS, MBS, CMBS, RMBS).
  • Proven experience in Stress Testing (CCAR, DFAST, regulatory or internal stress testing).
  • Solid understanding of credit risk, market risk, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and risk data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in large global banks or financial institutions.

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting and interactions with US regulators.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
