Job Description-
Business Analyst with Airline experience
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within application development or software delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and requirements management best practices.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience working with development teams, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.
- Proficiency with requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
