Position: Kronos Consultant
Location: Cleveland, OH (REMOTE)
Duration: Long Term Contact
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Build API integrations from Kronos to SAP
Take the end points from Kronos to Oracle and convert them from Kronos to SAP
Work with SAP Key Users and understand the requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as manage and motivate teams.
Technical Skills Mandatory:
5+ years of experience as a developer working with KRONOS.
Experience with KRONOS APIs, web services, and integration tools is a must.
At least one project working with KRONOS and SAP PI/PO.
Strong understanding of HR and shopfloor workforce management processes and practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO development, including mapping, routing, and adapter configuration.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing KRONOS modules and functionalities.
