Introduction

International Solutions Group (ISG) is an award-winning IT services company based in Herndon, VA. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow revenue by pursuing new client business opportunities in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients
  • Developing and executing sales strategies
  • Creating and delivering presentations
  • Managing the sales pipeline
  • Closing deals
  • Measuring and reporting on results
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Providing thought leadership and insights to clients
  • Representing the company at industry events

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and develop rapport
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of success

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
