Key Responsibilities:
- Represent HireKeyz Inc. professionally during job fairs, events, and business meetings.
- Build connections and establish relationships with main POCs at different client organizations.
- Present and promote HireKeyz s company portfolio, services, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Gain complete knowledge of company background, agenda, and offerings before each event.
- Participate in quick meetings with senior delegates and decision-makers from major organizations.
- Generate new leads, establish follow-up communication, and nurture connections made during events.
- Draft and send well-written, professional, and structured emails to prospective clients post-events.
- Support in contract agreement discussions and initial business relationship building.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional presence and confidence in representing a company at events.
- Ability to understand client requirements and align them with company offerings.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Flexible to attend events, job fairs, or client meetings in the Orlando, FL area.
