Role: Business Process Analyst (BPA)
Location: Valley Forge, PA (Hybrid – 3 Onsite / 2 Remote)
Duration: 10 Months (Extendable)
Client: Nation’s largest propane provider (1.3M+ customers & 5,000+ employees)
Contract: W2
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Business Process Analyst to support key digital transformation initiatives across:
Call Center Operations Online Customer Portals Back Office Billing Systems
The BPA will bridge the gap between business and IT teams, focusing on process improvement, solution design, and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and redesign business processes across multiple departments
Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
Support business case development, UAT, and multiple project release cycles
Work closely with architects, BAs, and dev teams on solution reviews and process optimization
Operate effectively within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
Required Skills:
5+ years as a Business Process Analystin large-scale transformation projects
Expertise in process mapping(Visio), requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)and ERP (SAP) systems preferred
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, and solid documentation practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree required
