Role: Business Process Techno-Functional Analyst

Location: Houston, Texas(Hybrid role)

Responsibilities:

Deliver project functional support for IPMS (Project Demand & Supply Chain custom application) and Supplier Contract Management (custom app).

Analyze complex business problems and offer solutions to the customer using IPMS and KCMS and ad hoc reporting using Power BI.

Develop user guides, writing functional specifications for changes and enhancements, and reporting bugs in Azure DevOps.

Develop reports for internal and external customers, write /perform routine SQL queries for data extraction.

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Performing requirements analysis, define objectives and scope of work.

Follow IT procedures for system configuration and system testing.

Ensure all applications changes follow the IT change management process.

Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system.

Serving as a liaison between developers and end users.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.

Relevant experience in business, IT, or related field.

General understanding of application database relationships / structure.

Strong self-starter and technical background are required.

Supply Chain Management experience is preferred.

Proficient in data extraction and analysis, well versed in SQL query creation and review.

Versed in Microsoft Power BI reporting or comparable.

Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.
