Positions: 3

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate JAD workshops and requirements gathering.
• Manage requirements in JIRA R4J.
• Document system/business requirements and workflows.
• Develop traceability matrices, test cases, use cases and reports.
• Support functional testing, UAT and knowledge transfer.
• Perform gap/impact analysis and business process improvements.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree OR 9 years of qualifying IT experience.
• 5+ years IT project analysis (3+ years in business systems analysis/design).
• 5+ years as BSA on application development projects (facilitating JAD workshops, requirements).
• 5+ years ensuring business needs are met (traceability matrix, system design, process documentation).
• 3+ years on SDLC projects (iterative/agile).
• 3+ years mentoring/training staff in BSA activities.

Desirable:

• Master s degree.
• 6+ years IT project analysis (4+ years in business systems analysis/design).
• 6+ years as BSA on large projects with JAD facilitation.
• 6+ years in requirements validation, process documentation and system design.
• 4+ years SDLC (iterative/agile).
• 4+ years mentoring/training.
• 3+ years with JIRA R4J, X-Ray, MS Project/Visio/Excel/Outlook, SVN.
• 2+ years experience with DOJ BOF systems or similar
