Our client is a highly ethical and socially conscious e-commerce company. They design, manufacture, and distribute high-end products for design firms, retailers, and e-commerce partners. Currently, they are looking to add a Business Solutions Delivery Manager to their team.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Solutions Delivery Manager to lead the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions across our enterprise platforms, including eCommerce, ERP, CRM, BI, and automation systems. This role will oversee a dedicated back-office team of Developers, QA Analysts, and Vendor Delivery teams, and will be responsible for managing a structured intake and delivery process across departments.

Responsibilities of the Business Solutions Delivery Manager:

  • Solution Delivery Leadership:
    • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for enterprise technology projects, from planning through post-launch support.
  • Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Engage with business analysts and department leaders early in solution discovery to validate requirements, refine test cases, and identify long-term process improvement opportunities.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders for all in-scope solution delivery projects.
  • Development and QA Oversight:
    • This will include a blended team of employees and vendor resources. You will be guiding sprint planning, backlog management, design and coding activities, testing protocols, and release coordination.
  • Governance, Documentation, and Operational Readiness:
    • Maintain documentation for delivered solutions, including technical requirements, workflows, testing scripts, and training materials.
  • Maturity and Capability Development:
    • Define and evolve a structured software development lifecycle (SDLC), including practices for solution design, code development, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
Required Experience/Skills for the Business Solutions Delivery Manager:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in solution delivery or IT project management, with at least 2 years leading developers and QA teams.
  • Proven track record of managing technical projects in ERP, CRM, BI, or automation environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integration best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with maturing delivery practices such as SDLC design, test automation frameworks, and DevOps pipelines.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Business Solutions Delivery Manager:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), Salesforce, Power Platform, or Power BI.
