Role: Business System Analyst-Payments

Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the Payments domain will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that support payment processing, clearing, and settlement systems. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payment-related requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze existing payment systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and regulatory standards.
- Support integration of payment systems with internal and external platforms (ACH, SWIFT ,Wire Transfers, ISO 20022).
- Conduct impact analysis for changes in payment regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Assist in testing activities (UAT, SIT) and validate payment workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert for payment systems and provide guidance during troubleshooting and incident resolution.
