Location: Waukegan, IL (Hybrid, 3 days onsite in a week)

Description:

- BSA skills, GRC domain background, ability to work with technical teams, good understanding of SLC process and procedure

Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrates strong communication skills to partner with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of operational technology in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform and streamline complex data analysis and extract actionable conclusions
- Break down business problems by understanding their needs, and crafting impact assessments
- Manage systems development lifecycle improvements by co
- ordinating/perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What Will Make an Impact:
- Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts, and frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST, etc.
- Seamless transition into existing ongoing projects including corporate business operations which support the projects
- Assist with coordinating activities across delivery teams to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders during assessment of initiatives and ongoing projects
