Required Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science

8+ years of experience as a business and data analyst
Experience creating business systems requirement documents
Experience analyzing data and supporting software development across various production systems and data platforms
Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills

Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly
Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements

Business Systems Analyst (Data Strategy) Overview
The Business Systems Analyst (Data Strategy) will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, analyze business and data systems, and support the development of software solutions
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and system design, and demonstrate a unique blend of business insight and technical expertise
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
The candidate should be comfortable working with a variety of data platforms and production systems and possess experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts

Job Duties
Gather and document business and system requirements
Analyze data from various production systems to support solution development
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and progress
Support development and implementation of software solutions
Communicate project objectives, timelines, and results to stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and deliverables
Apply knowledge of data strategy, ETL, and data warehousing to guide decisions
