Connectivity company providing internet, mobile, video, and voice products to 30 million customers is seeking a Business Systems Analyst
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $38 - $48 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Lead effective requirement elicitation sessions with all necessary stakeholders.
- Define inputs and outputs to meet user needs.
- Write clear, concise, and testable requirements for development teams.
- Analyze business operations to identify automation opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise to develop cost-effective systems and procedures.
- Actively participate in projects, offering feedback and guidance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of databases and web services.
- Understand network structure, system architecture, and elements.
- Create business process models representing current and future states.
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis (BA) or Business Systems Analysis (BSA)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
