Summary: Business Systems Analysts bridge the gap between IT and business units by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and implementing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams for solution design.
- Develop functional specifications and use cases.
- Conduct system testing and validation.
- Provide support during implementation and post-deployment.
- Assist in change management and training.
- Maintain documentation and process workflows.
- Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations.
- Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in IT, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and business process modeling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills/Duties:
- Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
