Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead - Contractor
Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Summary:
The main function is to analyze science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.

Job Responsibilities:
Advise clients on requirements for the organization and translate those to programmers and developers.
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations.
Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.

Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Strong knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models.
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
8 + years experience required.

Position Location: PNC Tech Hub
Provide locations/flexible work by preference: 1. Most preferred - North Texas Market TX - Dallas Innovation Center - Luna Rd 2. Second Preferred - Birmingham AL - Birmingham - Brock 3. Third preferred - Pittsburgh PA - Two PNC Plaza. *Please know that the manager is not looking to source out of any other PNC tech hub at this time*
Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote
Acceptable time zone(s): EST required
Days of the week: Mon - Fri 40 hours
Working Hours (Flexible): 8-5pm EST, flexible

OT: No
Travel: Minimal

Start Date: 7/1/2025
Intended length of Assignment: 7/1/2025 - 2/28/2026
Reason for open position: Additional headcount for additional need

Function of the Group:
Reducing costs, this team works to make things efficient and mitigates risk

Initiatives/Projects: Supporting the Embedded Finance implementations

Industry background: All backgrounds but financial/banking is highly preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:
In need of an individual with a background with ERP platform
Savvy about integrating Banking into the ERP and other platforms
Analyze the current PNC systems and create a backlog in conjunction with the product team for implementing Embedded Finance roadmap
Business stakeholder - communicate with important stakeholders effectively
Convert business requirements into user stories so that developers can use as a development code

Level 4: 6+ years

Must Have Technical Skills:
Experience with any main ERP platform system
Converting business requirements into user stories
JIRA
Confluence
System Integration and APIs (writing requirements)

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
Postman - be able to analyze integrations with different systems with API

Soft Skills:
Great communication skills
Work with stakeholders
Solicit feedback

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
No Certs
