Requirements: Required healthcare provider experience (hospitals, clinics), not insurance.

Must:- EMR Implementations like Epic, Athena, Cerner to name a few. Epic Modules related projects. 3rd party applications related to departments in the hospitals or related to clinics. Requirements gathering and documentation along with process flows. Experience producing project documentation like project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas.

Candidates have a solid background in implementation (EMRs and 3rd party applications used in hospitals and clinics like Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank. Ancillary areas like Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology related implementations), strong communication skills are a must, individual who can articulate their ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Summary: The Business Systems Analyst Senior is responsible for leading/guiding meetings with the core leadership team in gathering comprehensive business requirements, to include business operations workflow designs. This entails advising and assisting customers in the operation and administration of the system applications, as well as working with the Ministry Support and Service Delivery teams. Collaborating with customers to enhance their work methodologies and tools and maintaining a customer-centric technical knowledge and focus when contributing to the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.
