Requirement:
Need a CI/CD Lead onsite with strong Tosca background (10 yr overall exp). Must have CI/CD exp using Tosca, ADO.

Job Description:
We are seeking a QA Lead with expertise in CI/CD processes, Tosca, and QTest to drive quality assurance efforts across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Lead QA activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca.
Manage and configure QTest for test case management, execution, and reporting.
Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines, optimizing automated testing workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and resolve defects.
Provide mentorship to QA team members and ensure best practices in testing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QA Lead with a strong focus on CI/CD, Tosca, and QTest.
Hands-on expertise in test automation and integrating QA processes with DevOps pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
