Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Own the Floor: Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers and turning centers
  • \n
  • Program with Precision: Use G&M code and Mastercam to transform complex designs into reality
  • \n
  • Create with Confidence: Select tooling, develop machining processes, and maintain tolerances to 0.005"
  • \n
  • Inspect Like a Pro: Conduct quality checks and document results with accuracy
  • \n
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges
  • \n
  • Stay Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
  • \n

What You Bring
    \n
  • 2-3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred)
  • \n
  • Strong G&M code programming skills
  • \n
  • CAM experience (Mastercam preferred)
  • \n
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
  • \n
  • Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials
  • \n
  • Solid inspection and measurement skills
  • \n
\n

Education & Requirements
    \n
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • \n
  • Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred
  • \n
  • Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry)
  • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
  • \n
\n

Shift Details

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (or similar)
  • \n
