Description

Now Hiring: CNC Operators - Second Shift

Join our aerospace manufacturing team as a CNC Operator and play a key role in producing precision-machined metal parts that meet the highest industry standards. We are looking for dependable, skilled operators who are ready to contribute in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

    \n
  • Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to create high-quality parts.
  • \n
  • Load and unload materials efficiently.
  • \n
  • Manufacture parts to required specifications and tight tolerances.
  • \n
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • \n
  • Perform basic machine maintenance.
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including wearing required PPE.
  • \n

Requirements

    \n
  • Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.
  • \n
  • Solid understanding of machining operations preferred.
  • \n
  • Basic understanding of machining operations preferred.
  • \n
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, travelers, and blueprints.
  • \n
  • Mechanical aptitude and good shop math skills.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability..
  • \n
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
  • \n
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • \n
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • \n
  • Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.
  • \n

Physical Demands:
    \n
  • Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • \n
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
  • \n
  • Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • \n
  • Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills.
  • \n
  • Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.
  • \n

Available Shifts:

Full-Time, Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Initial training will be conducted during Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM for up to 90 days.

Pay:
    \n
  • CNC Operator I: $18.50-$23.50/hr
  • \n
  • CNC Operator II: $23.50-$27.50/hr
