What You ll Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL

- Program & Optimize CNC Machines Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations.

- Lead Through Knowledge Train, mentor, and support machinists to elevate production standards.

- Solve Complex Problems Analyze blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for maximum efficiency.

- Innovate for Efficiency Develop process layouts that improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase machining capabilities.

What We re Looking For

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related field

2+ years of CNC programming experience (Advanced degree preferred)

Mastery of G and M codes, CAD/CAM software (CREO, SolidWorks a plus)

Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (GD&T)

U.S. citizenship required (Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance)
