Cerner CPDI Analyst - Full Time / Permanent

Remote (Hybrid option for candidates in Kansas City, MO)

Overview:

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Cerner CPDI Analyst to join our Continuous Services team in a full-time, salaried role. This position offers the opportunity to work with our direct Cerner clients in a managed services capacity, supporting ongoing initiatives and providing expert SR resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote Cerner CPDI (Cerner Provision Document Imaging) support to Healthcare IT Leaders' direct clients
• Collaborate with a team of analysts to deliver managed services solutions for Continuous Services clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve service requests in a timely and effective manner
• Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless system performance and workflow optimization

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of Healthcare IT / Cerner Analyst experience
• 5+ years of Cerner CPDI (Cerner Provision Document Imaging) experience required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be open to a full-time, salaried role with Healthcare IT Leaders
• Candidates in the Kansas City, MO area are strongly encouraged to apply (hybrid schedule available)
