Job Title: CPMS User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support Specialist

Location: New York, NY
Duration: 2-Year Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Management System (CPMS) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CPMS and will play a key role in planning, executing, and supporting UAT activities to ensure smooth implementation and operational success of capital project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct UAT activities for the Capital Project Management System (CPMS).
  • Develop, document, and execute detailed UAT test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to validate system functionality.
  • Identify, document, and track defects or discrepancies, ensuring resolution prior to system go-live.
  • Provide UAT status reports, feedback, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Support end-users during testing cycles and provide guidance for UAT processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and testing standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with Capital Project Management Systems (CPMS).
  • Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in capital project or infrastructure-related environments.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools and UAT management systems.
